We process your order for approximately 7 business days. (Excluding weekends) It takes approximately 2-30 business days for your to receive your order. However, sometimes there might be slight delays. For delayed deliveries, we are not obligated for a refund. We provide the tracking number via e-mail or phone number. We use standard shipping. For fur coats, we usually use 2-day shipping.
Returns and Exchanges
All of our products are not eligible for return under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. We offer exchange if the exchange request is made within 7 days of receiving the item. The buyer pays for shipping fees to ship the item back. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to request an exchange.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We don't offer refund on a defective item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com within 1 week of receiving your order. Please include your name, order number, product name, at least two pictures of the fault from different angles and a description of the fault.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
For both free and paid shipments, you are responsible to cover any ingoing customs or taxes costs when shipping to your destination. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country. Our products are shipped from China or Turkey.
Please don’t refuse or miss a delivery. Unfortunately, refused or missed deliveries won't be able to get a refund. For re-deliveries, client is responsible for shipping fees if occur.
