Delivery
We process your order for approximately 7-10 business days. (Excluding weekends) It takes approximately 2 weeks for you to receive your order. However, sometimes there might be slight delays. For delayed deliveries, we are not obligated for a refund. We provide the tracking number via e-mail.
Once you make the order, please check out your junk mail folder as well to see your confirmation e-mail. Tracking number for your order reflects online after a short while.
Delivery fee is £10.
Missed deliveries are obligated to pay £10 for us to reship order.
Returns and Exchanges
Any of our products are NOT eligible for return. We offer one time exchange if the exchange request is made within 30 days of receiving the item. The buyer is responsible for shipping fees to ship the item back to China. When we receive the shipment, we will issue a discount code for you to purchase the new item. The code is valid for 1 year. The accessories including Hats, Hair Accessories, Belts, Sunglasses and Earrings are FINAL SALE. They are NOT eligible for exchange.

Custom Charges
For both free and paid shipments, you are responsible to cover any ingoing customs or taxes costs when shipping to your destination. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country. Our products ship from China.
Please don’t refuse or miss a delivery. Unfortunately, refused or missed deliveries won't be able to get a refund. For re-deliveries, client is responsible for shipping fees.
